What if I am unable to locate the article I am looking for?

What if after using all of the library's resources, the article I'm trying to locate cannot be found? In this instance, what are my alternatives?

Answer

If you cannot find an article you are looking for contact the Online Library so that a librarian can assist you. There is a live person at the library seven days a week. Monday-Friday the hours are 11 AM-7 PM (ET) and on the weekend 10 AM-6 PM (ET). Or send an email to the address, auolibrary@argosy.edu.

If the article cannot be found in the Online Library, you would be able to request it through the Interlibrary Loan program which sends materials to you by mail. More information about this service as well as the form you would need to fill out is available on the library's page under Services & Policies.
