How do I locate the journal "Advancing Women in Leadership?"

I need to access the article "Activism among Feminist Academics: Professionalized activism and activist professional" by Dr. Jeni Hart.

This publication is available in the Directory of Open Access Journals database.

-Launch the Online Library

-Select Find Now underneath where it says Find Articles

-Click on the first link, A-Z of Online Journal Titles

-Enter in the title of the publication in the title search box, Advancing women in leadership then click the red Go button

-From your results, select where it says "Full text available via DOAJ Directory of Open Access Journals" beneath the title of the publication

-On the lefthand side of the page, scroll down until you come across a link for archives which is under back issues, click on that then

-On the archives page scroll down until you find the volume number 18, spring 2005

-The article you're looking for will be the second link on that page
