I'm looking for articles on "stage models of professional development" but am having a difficult time finding current and relevant articles. Help?

I've tried searching by title, full article, key words. . . but am not having much luck. I look forward to some suggestions!

Answer

On the library homepage, click on FIND NOW under Find Articles, On the Find Articles & More page, you can select the database(s) that you need.

For this subject area, you will want to search in a database like:

  • ProQuest Central
  • Academic Search Elite

Each of these databases has a box to check for Peer Review. You may also need to check the Full Text box so that you can access the full article. If you click on advanced search, you'll also have the option to search for articles from a specific date range (the ability to do this is under search options). Some examples of keyword searches are:

"professional skill development" AND stages
"professional skill development" AND learning
