Search in the database ProQuest Central for articles using phrases like: 

"self assessment"

"personal development"

"understanding yourself"

"self exploration"

On the library homepage, click on FIND NOW under Find Articles. Choose ProQuest Central from this list. You may also want to search in Academic Search Elite. In ProQuest Central, use the Advanced Search to select the source types for your research. Source Type is listed under Search Options. You may want to limit to Magazines, Scholarly Journals and Trade Journals.
