Q. I am trying to retrieve cite for journal article however unable to retrieve. Is there a problem with the retrival of this information?

Hi Candice,

If you are in the database,  you can select the article citation (check off) and click on "cite" across the menu bar at the top of the browse list of citations -- you will get the APA format selection.  You may also export into RefWorks and let that product reformat in APA for you (access via an "export" link).
