Looking for information on the creation and disbanding of teams.

Answer

On the library homepage, click on FIND NOW under Find Articles. On the Find Articles & More page, scroll through the alphabetical list of databases to access the following databases:

  • ABI/INFORM Complete (from ProQuest)
  • Business Source Elite (from EBSCO)

Both of of these databases allow you to limit to full text as well as peer reviewed (if this is a requirement for your research). Note that journals like the Harvard Business Review and BusinessWeek are NOT peer reviewed journals, but are often accepted sources for authoritative information in this subject area. Always verify with your assignment and/or instructor for the research requirements. 

When searching in ProQuest databases, using the Advanced Search provides more options. EBSCO databases open by default to the Advanced Search screen. 

You can search with keywords and phrases like:

  • workplace teams
  • teams AND leadership
  • teams in the workplace
  • teams AND corporate culture
