-Click on Find Now underneath Find Articles

-On the Find Articles and More page scroll down to the letter "M" section and you'll find the link for Mental Measurements Yearbook with Tests in Print

(Note: The Mental Measurements Yearbook with Tests in Print contains reviews of tests but not the actual tests.)
