Hi Mary Joyce,

What I would suggest is to go to the Library link in your student portal.  Then, I would look under Articles and click on Find Articles.  I am going to try a search in the database, ABI INFORM Complete.  I used the terms, nonprofit, "task oriented" or "people oriented", and leader! (meaning any word with leader as a root).  I searched in all fields for the first term and all fields and text for the next two sets of terms.

I got the results below.  You can try looking at these and see if they are helpful.
