Q. Hi, I am in proquest database and I am having trouble both exporting my research to refworks and or clicking the cite button and getting the citation

Any idea why?

Hello,

ProQuest databases work best in the following broswers: Mozilla Firefox and Safari. You may also want to follow the instructions below (provided by the RefWorks technical services department):

  1. Make sure you begin the export process logged OUT of Refworks (also have the RefWorks site closed in your browser).
  2. Clear the browser’s internet cache and cookies.
  3. Make sure pop-up blockers are not active.

If these steps do not work, please let me know.
