Looking for physical test for security staff, office delivery personnel, and nurses at hospitals.
Individual's physical ability (strenght and stamina, sensory abilities, and psychomotor abilities) to use the following to obtain a particular job. I need a powerpoint template of physical abilities test, and a database and/ or website where I can garther some information if any.

Starting on the library homepage, go to Click Here on Find Articles. On the Find Articles & More page, scroll through the alphabetical list and choose ProQuest Central (our largest database).
Choose Advanced Search, and limit to full text articles and peer reviewed/scholarly sources. Try setting up the search boxes like this:
First box:
test* (the asterisk ensures that variants of the word, such as “testing” will be picked up).
Second box:
physical OR sensory OR psychomotor (the capital letters are important)
Third box:
firefighter OR nurse OR security
