On the library homepage, click on the Find Articles button. On the Find Articles & More page is an alphabetical list of databases. Many of these databases allow you to limit to peer reviewed sources.

For articles on management and leadership, you may want to use:

  • ABI/INFORM Complete
  • Business Source Elite

Both of the databases allow you to limit to full text articles and peer reviewed sources. You will want to check the boxes for these options before searching. 

Some suggested searches may be:

  • leadership AND best practices
  • leadership challenges
  • management AND employee attitudes
