Starting on the library homepage, click on Find Articles. On the Find Articles & More page, you can research in databases like:
- Business Source Elite
- ProQuest Central
Both of these databases allow you to limit to full text articles and peer reviewed sources (if needed). You can also specify a publication date range. Note that you will need to use Advanced Search in ProQuest Central to see the date range option.
Before searching, check the full text box and peer reviewed (if needed). Some suggested searches are:
communication AND organizational change
business communication AND layoffs
business communication AND downsizing
