What is a Peer- reviewed Artical, I'm looking for one on Social Anxiety Disordes

Answer

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Online Library. A peer-reviewed article goes through an explicit process to assess its quality and help ensure the article meets standards for a given profession. The databases in the online library allow you to search for "Peer Reviewed" articles as part of your search. Different databases will position it in different locations. I will use the ProQuest Central database as an example.

Beginning on the Library home page.

Click Find Articles.

Scroll down and select ProQuest Central.

The page opens with the basic search bar. In small print under the search bar you will see two choices that you can select. They are Full Text and Peer Reviewed. Select each one.

In the search bar type "social anxiety disorder". Please note the use quotation marks.

Click on the small magnifying glass (on right) to search.

Please contact us with any additional questions.
