Q. I have been trying to view counseling and therapy videos but none of them will play. What am I doing wrong?


Dear Mary,

Without further information, I assume you are trying to play them on your personal computer rather than on the computer lab workstations on campus. If that is correct, I am guessing that your computer may need an additional program or file upgrade to play the online streaming videos. I suggest that you email or call Technical Support to see if they can identify or slove the problem:
