How can I find peer reviewed articles on how alcohol effects the brain?

There are excellent resources available in the online library. One database I'd recommend is ProQuest Central. Start at the library homepage and click on the Find Articles button. On the page that comes up, you'll see this sentence "

Not sure where to start? Try ProQuest Central, a multidisciplinary database covering many research topics.

Click on the ProQuest Central link. If you choose Advance Search you can build more precise searchs such as:

"effects of alcohol" AND  brain

alcoholism AND brain AND teenagers

alcohol AND "effects on the brain"

Click the Full Text and Peer Reviewed boxes.
