For your search, I would recommend the following databases:
- Business Source Complete
- ABI/INFORM Complete
You can find those databases under Find Articles & More in the Online Library. I would recommend using the advanced search function in each database, and separating your search terms out on the different rows. Some search terms that might be useful for you would be:
- attitude AND "organizational change*"
- employee AND "organizational change*"
- employee AND attitude AND "organizational change*"
- employee AND behavior AND change
Be sure you enter the search terms exactly as they are listed above. The quotation marks will bring back the exact phrase organizational change. To bring back only results with the full text article included, be sure you check the full text box. To bring back only scholarly or peer-reviewed articles, be sure you check the peer-reviewed box as well.
