Is this article cited as Ms. Deemer as the Author or Argosy? "Basics of APA Style Guide", found under the APA & Citation Resources in Library. My example is below, however I thought Argosy University Online should go somewhere in the citation since it is on the bottom on the document with her name.
Deemer, A, (2012, 09). Basics of APA Style Guide. Retrieved from http://thecampuscommon.com/library/auo/documents/APA_Basics.pdf

Answer

The Purdue Owl recommends formatting Nonperiodical Web Document, Web Page, or Report in the following manner:

Author, A. A. (Date of publication). Title of document. Retrieved from http://Web address

or as your citation would look:

Deemer, A. (2012, September). Basics of APA Style Guide. Retrieved from http://thecampuscommon.com/library/auo/documents/APA_Basics.pdf
