Why I cannot access westlaw

Unfortunately, we do not have access to Westlaw. 

A good resource for case law is FindLaw.  Here is a link to FindLaw’s Case Law section: http://caselaw.findlaw.com/  If you scroll down the page, you will see that you can browse specifically by state if you wish.  You can then select "Maryland."  Or, you can always search by opinion.
