Can you clarify your question please?  Are you looking for articles on business managers and administrators for an essay? 

If that is what you are looking for, I would recommend searching Business Source Complete and ABI/INFORM Complete.  You can find both of these databases listed under Find Articles and More.  I would recommend using search terms such as:

  • management
  • manager AND (anything you might be interested in!  Such as: advantages, "small business", responsibilites, etc)
  • "business administration"

I would recommend checking off the box for full text to only bring back records with the full text article attached.
