From the list of resources provided, choose ProQuest Central at the top of the list. 

The search critera I recommend is as follows: 

"hybrid cars"

hybrid AND automobile* 

"hybrid vehicle*" AND cars

Be sure to check the checkboxes for both Full text AND Peer Reviewed.

You may also want to limit your results by date, which can be found by scrolling down on the lower right side of the page.
