Answer

Hello,

You can find information on the 1994 Sexual Violent Predator Act in the following link:

http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/95-1649.ZO.html

For the full text of the Act, you can find that here:

http://kansasstatutes.lesterama.org/Chapter_59/Article_29a/

The 1994 Act should be every section that has 1994 listed in the "History."  The statue number is number Kan. Stat. Ann. §59-29a (1994).

Here is an example of how to cite a state bill in APA format:

Mental Care and Treatment Act, 4 Kan. Stat. Ann.§§ 59-2901-2941 (1983 &
Supp. 1992).
