For your research, I would recommend the following databases:

  • ProQuest Central
  • ABI/INFORM Complete
  • Business Source Complete

You can find all of these listed alphabetically under Find Articles and More.  I would recommend using the advanced search in each of these databases.  You may want to check the box for full text to only bring back records with the full text article attached.  If you need scholarly or peer-reviewed articles, you will want to check the box for peer-reviewed as well.  For search terms, I would recommend:

  • unethical AND auditor
  • unethical AND auditor AND impact
  • unethical AND auditor AND "case stud*"
  • ethic* AND auditor AND "case stud*"
  • ethic* AND auditor AND company
  • ethic* AND auditor

I would recommend mixing and matching the terms as well.  Be sure you enter the search terms as I have listed them above.  The quotation marks will bring back the exact phrase and the * will bring back study, studies, etc.  I would recommend using the anywhere except full text limit in the ProQuest databases.  Here is an example of how I would recommend setting up your search:
