Hello,

That dissertation does not seem to be available either through the Argosy Electronic Dissertatiosn database or the ProQuest Digital Dissertations and Theses database.  I would recommend requesting it through Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad).

To use ILLiad, hover over Servces & Policies in the Online Library, and then select Interlibrary Loan. Scroll down to the section How do I request materials?  There will be a link there to register for a free account.  After you have signed up for an account, select Thesis or Dissertation listed below Make New Request.  Fill out the information requested and submit your request.  Interlibrary loan librarians will then make every effort to find an available copy of the dissertation.  The process does take a few days, and not everything is available through ILLiad.  However, as this is an Argosy dissertation, it is likely it will be available through Interlibrary Loan.
