I would recommend ProQuest Central and All EBSCO. You can find these databases listed alphabetically under Find Articles and More.  I would recommend search terms such as:

  • "after graduat*" AND workforce AND disadvantage
  • "after college" AND disadvantage AND work

Unfortunately, you will not find too many articles on this topic.  I would suggest looking at resources on the web such as this article comparing graduate school and entering the workforce.
