Why am I unable to access library guides at argosy.campusguides.com from off campus?

Guides must now be accessed from the Campus Information Guides button of the Online Library page.
Our guides went behind the authentication barrier recently, just like the journal article databases. Now it is necessary to follow a specific path to get to the guides.
1) Log in to your student portal/campus commons account. Then look for the Library Resources button at lower right, and click it.
2) Online Library page opens. Look near the lower middle of the screen for a button "Campus Information Guides" and click it.
3) A new screen should open showing a button for each campus. Choose the button for your campus; or use the search box in the light green bar near the top of the screen to find the guide you wanted.
