Thank you for contacting the Online Library. For your request, I recommend the following databases listed under the "find articles & more" tab on the library home page. I like using the advanced search feature, as it gives you more search options. Make sure you check the "full-text" box and the peer-reviewed box if needed.

Databases: ABI/INFO Complete

ABI/INFO Complete Global

Academic Search Complete

Business Source Complete

You could also search ProQuest Central and/or All EBSCO databases. Both are linked at the top and are multi-disciplinary databases.

Some suggested search terms could be:

mergers AND ethic* ramifications

mergers AND legal ramifications

The * will retrieve all endings of the word, i.e. ethics, ethical. You could also swap out implications for ramifications or add the term "business" to your search.
