I need to identify and analyze major driving forces for change in the industry

Hello,

I recommend starting with Hoover's Academic.  You can find Hoover's Academic listed alphabetically under the Find Articles and More button in the Online Library.  In Hoover's you will want to search for Motorcycle Manufacturing.  This will pull up an industry overview which will have information such as revenue, industry growth, industry forecast, and more.  You may want to look at some of the industry websites linked to on the bottom left hand side of the industry overview as well.  

To find information about number of motorcycles sold by manufacturer/country, I would recommend several sources:

Here is a document from the US government about US motorcycle sales in Europe.

You may also want to search Google for specific motorcycle companies to see their sales.  For example, Suzuki motorcycle sales 2014.  You can also look these companies up in Hoover's Academic, to get an idea of their yearly revenues.
