To find information on your topic, the pros and cons of Boy Scouts and whether or not it helps people to become good leaders, I suggest the following steps:

From the Online Library home page, click Find Articles and more.

Then, from the list of resources provided, I recommend All EBSCO databases.

For your search criteria, I suggest:

"boy scouts" AND leader*

Please be sure to use the quotation marks (") and asterisk (*) as I have done. The quotes limit your search to that prhase, while the astersk brings back all forms of the root word.

You may want to also use the Full text and Peer reviewed check boxes and/or the publication date to further limit your search.
