The Purdue OWL (Online Writing Lab) is a terrific resource to refer to for help with the APA style. It contains a wide selection of examples showing the many different citation styles as well as things like a sample APA paper that you can download (this shows exactly how your paper should be set up, formatted, etc) and headings and seriations.
