To find information on your topic, job interviews and the need for hard versus soft skills, I recommend the following:

  • Navigate to the Online Library home page
  • Click Find Articles and more
  • From the list of resources provided, I recommend All EBSCO databases
  • For your search criteria, I suggest: 
    •   interview* AND "hard skill*" AND "soft skill*" 
  • To limit your search to online articles, you will also want to be sure to check the Full text check box.
