where do I find elecronic journals for education

Thanks for contacting the Online Library.  Here are the steps to locate this online journal:

1.) From the Online Library, under "Featured Resources' (Top right screen), click the "A-Z of Online Journals" button

2.) In the search bar enter: Advancing Women in Leadership (not case sensitive)

3.) You should see the title on your "Results List".  Click on the access link below the "Full Text" note.
