To find Legal Resources on the Internet, I recommend using the Argosy Legal Resources guide.  You can find this as follows: 

From the Online Library home page, click Tutorials and Guides. 

Then, under How to, click Legal Resources. 

You will then have several resources listed, by court type. 

For your topic, I suggest Google Scholar and Legal Information Institute (LII) as your first search attempts. 

If you are searching for information on mental health related to a court case, I suggest the following databases: 

  • PsycARTICLES and PsycINFO (ProQuest) 
  • Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection (EBSCO)
