I'm having a hard time finding anything on social media and advertisement

In my Intro to Business class my teacher asked us to research the application of social media in marketing.

Thanks for contacting the Online Library.  For your research, I recommend the following databases:

  • ABI/INFORM Complete
  • ProQuest Central

You'll find both of these databases listed under the Find Articles and More button in the Online Library.  I recommend using the Advanced Search mode in both of these databases. 

For search terms, I recommend:

  • "social media"
  • advertising
  • "marketing"

Be sure you enter the search terms as they are listed above.:

  • "Quotation marks" will bring back the exact phrase.
  • Check the Full text box to only bring back records with the full text articles attached.
  • Check the Peer reviewed box.
