Re. emailing the articles, and not receiving them:  Were you searching in ProQuest and tried to email from within the Results pages of your search?  If so, I believe that all you can email that way is the abstract associated with the record (result).  To email the full text, I believe you need to first download the PDF, then attach to an email.  I can look at that further for you if you like.

To find the particular article you listed here now, you would use the A-Z of Online Journal Titles.  It's a database found in the Find Articles & More section of the Online Library.
