Thanks for contacting the Online Library.  For your research I recommend the following databases from the AU Online Library Find Articles and More section:

  • Literati by Credo
  • All EBSCO

Search Terms:

  • "general electric"  (Enclose in quotations to search for exact phrase)
  • strategy
  • performance

Also, I would definitely look at the GE Company website.  This is often the best source for up to date company information such as what you're looking at.
