Thanks for contacting the Online Library.  To obtain a copy of the Bar-On emotional quotient inventory technical manual, I suggest the following steps.

  1. Open the Mental Measurements Yearbook database from the Find Articles and More section of the Online Library.
  2. Enter the name of the test "emotional quotient inventory technical manual".   When I did this I retrieved 16 entries.
  3. Click on the title of the test you want, to get publishing information.

You will then need to request the test via your ILLiad account.
