Hello, I need help in finding information in regards to cultural issues that need to be addressed when developing a human resource plan, ethical considerations, and legal and regulatory requirments for oranizations to have a safe & healthy work environment

Thank you for contacting the library.  We apologize for the delayed response while our Ask Us feature was not operational.  We are not sure whether you still need help with this question, but here are some quick suggestions if you do:  You may want to click Find Articles and More on the library page.  On the next page, click Search All EBSCO to search in a number of EBSCO databases.  When the search page opens, try using keywords such as cultural awareness, diversity in the workplace, workplace, and personnel management.  Try some combinations by entering keywords in the search boxes using AND.  When you hit Search, you should come up with plenty of results.  If you still need more in-depth assistance with this topic, feel free to send your request once again as we are once again monitoring this help feature.
