how to find articles on cell phones and driving in th libary

Answer

Thank you for contacting the library.  You can find many articles about cell phone use and driving.

Beneath the Library Search box, enter cell phone use and driving; then click Search.  This broad search will return a lot of results, so you may want to limit the number.  On the left side, you will see a column with choices for refining your search.  For example, you can click "Limit to articles from scholarly publications, including peer-review."  You can also limit by content type.  For example, if you only want journal articles, you can check that box.

Now, you can try other search terms in the search box at the top.  Another search to try: cell phone use and distraction; or try cell phone use and attention.  Experiment with different keywords.  Scan the results list for each search and find titles that look promising.  Click any title that you like.

It may take some trial and error of entering different keywords in different combinations but you should be able to get many results.  If you still need more in-depth assistance with this topic, feel free to ask again.

Sincerely,

Laura Rice
