I was trying to get Maya Angelou's book I know why the caged bird sings but when I try to put in my student id to access it, the site online library will not take it. could you please tell me what I have to do to get this book from the library?
I am trying to do a paper and would really like to use this book as a reference.

Hello...the electronic copy of the book is not available in the online library.  There are book reviews and critical analyses of the book and there is an index to the book, but we do not have the actual book in ebook form.  There are two print books available at some campuses which you could request through interlibrary loan.  Perhaps those were the results you were trying to access without success?  Another option might be to visit a local public library that is close by as it is a popular title that is likely going to be widely available.  I hope these suggestions are helpful.  Please let us know if you need further assistance.
