Hello,

I went to the Education page of the Online Library and found the link to the database Education Source Complete.  This seemed like a good choice for this question. 

I did a search in Education Source using term "alternative schools" and found maybe 100 articles from 2011 and after.  Then I was trying to add terms for staff and hiring, but I realized I don't know what aspects of hiring you are thinking of.

Are you trying to discover what qualifications alternative schools expect of their staff?  Or trying to get statistics on how many people work at alternative schools?

Could you tell us more?
