Thank you for contacting the library.  To find information on your topic, I recommend the following: 

  • Navigate to the Online Library home page
  • Click Find Articles and more
  • Choose any of the following databases to search from the alphabetical list provided:
    • PsycArticles & PsycInfo
    • Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection (EBSCO)
    • Psychology Journals (ProQuest)
  • To begin, try using Industrial AND organizational AND psychology as your search terms.
  • On the next screen, you will see many results.
  • Be sure to check the Full Text box located in the column on the left to retrieve search results with the full article available.
  • You can also narrow by subject by selecting any of those suggested, such as:
    • Working conditions
    • Job satisfaction
    • Job performance
    • Organizational effectiveness
