To conduct an initial search, I recommend searching the Online Library's eBook collection.

• Navigate to the Online Library home page
• Click on Find Books and More near the top of the page.
• Try these keywords for your searches.
  • corporate performance management
  • personnel discipline
  • workplace disciplinary actions
  • corporate disciplinary actions
  • Discipline AND Human resource management
• On the next screen, you will see your results retrieved.  Click on the title of the book to access it.

If you require more in-depth articles, you can utilize these steps:

• Navigate to the Online Library home page
• Click on ProQuest Central or All EBSCO at the top of the page.
• Try using the same keywords as above.
• Be sure to select the Full Text option on the left hand side to retrieve search results with the full article available.
• You can also narrow by subject or other limiters on the left by selecting any of those suggested.  These subjects may help direct your thought process in you research.
