Hello Paula,

The notification email should have said "You can now receive this item by logging on to ILLiad and clicking the pdf icon in the "Articles ready to view" section of the page. The URL for logging on to ILLiad is:  https://argosy.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html "

All you need to do is go to the address above and log in.  Once you log in, you should see "Articles ready to view" on the main part of the screen.  Click on the pdf icon to open or download the article.
