It is not clear which book you are trying to locate having provided only the authors' names and year of publication.  I hunted around a bit and did find an article by these authors from that year titled "Psychological test use in criminal forensic evaluations." If you go to the Library page and type in this title in the Library Search bar, it will appear in the results.  Click the link for full text to open and read the article. 

I looked in our electronic book collection for a title by these two authors but did not find anything.  However, I looked in the campus collections via http://library.argosy.edu/vwebv/searchBasic?sk=en_US and found some books by Thomas Grisso there.  You could consider an interlibrary loan if you find a title that you want to read.
