Q. online searching keeps reconnecting
I have tried several searches and clicked on full-text links in a variety of databases and have not experienced any issues. I am also not aware of any reports of outages from other users or our IT department.
Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes this can alleviate any problems. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, perhaps try Firefox or Chrome to see if you have more success. You may also want to try logging off your computer and logging back on, or perhaps try clearing your cache.
