Hi How do I find research studies regarding new graduate nursing programs and nurse retention
Answer
Thank you for contacting the library. To conduct an initial search on your topic, I recommend the following:
- Navigate to the Online Library home page
- Click Find Articles and more
- Click on ProQuest Central or All EBSCO at the top of the page.
- To begin, try using some of the following search terms:
- Nursing "graduate program"
- Nurse retention
- Nursing education
- "master's program" nursing
- "master's degree" nursing
- On the next screen, you will see many results.
- Be sure to check the Full Text option on the left hand side of the screen to retrieve search results with the full article available.
- You can also narrow by subject on the left hand side by selecting any of those suggested. These terms may also help guide your thought process in your search.
- Additionally, you can narrow by document type in the ProQuest databases, including case study.
