I've search A-Z for the journal and it only goes to 2007. Unsure how else to find the article.

You are on the right track to search for the journal name in the A-Z Journal Finder. Some journals do, in fact, have limited access based on the vendor licenses and this happens to be one of them. I did a little more digging...I clicked on Find Articles on the Library page. From there, I clicked directly on the SAGE database to see if I could find more information. I was able to locate the article here but we do not have full text access to this particular journal. Our SAGE collections are more limited than our ProQuest or EBSCO collections.
I would suggest that you submit an interlibrary loan request for this article. It can be delivered to you electronically from another library that does have this. To order interlibrary loan articles, go to the Library page and choose Interlibrary Loan from the Services & Polices tab in the menu bar. It will take you to the page which describes ILL and links to the ILL account page. If you do not have an account, click the link "for new users." Once you register, you can submit your requests. Most requests are delivered electronically within a few business days and there is no charge.
