Answer

Hello Hannah,

Thank you for contacting the library.

The library recently changed over our website and many of the navigation pages. As you are on your home computer it is hard to say what exactly the issue is as everyone may be experiencing different technical issues. Please try some of the trouble-shooting tips below to resolve your connectivity issue to the Online Library:

  • Try clearing your browser history. It is usually on the menu accessed from the upper right corner of your browser page. Once you have cleared your browser history, exit out of the page, open a new browser window, and reconnect to the library website before searching.
  • Try switching to a different browser. If you are using Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox, try switching to Google Chrome as this browser seems to work best with the Online Library content.
  • If you are getting a "Time Out" error issue that is asking you to login to GoogleScholar, click the + sign that will expand the login fields. Use the generic library login for Google Scholar- Username: aulibrary    Password: gscholar

If you require further assistance or have any questions please let us know.
